Basically, its not my thing to hang out on a machine and do thousands of repetitive foot strikes, ellipses, or pedals. I love working on the stability ball, and will have to try this out. Alternating legs, bring your knee proviron bodybuilding the chest, keeping your upper body strong. Again, athletes are entitled morons anyway.
